These are the current courses that CustomNet offers to organizations and groups. All courses can be customized to your specific needs. New courses can be developed to address unique circumstances. Costs are negotiated based on an individual needs. Travel and accommodation expenses, as well as Canadian GST (Goods and Services Tax), are normally billed separately.

Consulting Services

“Personal” consulting, to companies or individuals, can be arranged. Rosemarie is available to provide guidance and advice on Customer Service or Call Centre Training Programs, including training, coaching and ongoing support. Fees are negotiated based on the scope of the customer’s needs.
